After Church Training. Todd Petersen taught us about different social styles to help us better minister to the different types of people we may come in contact with. Although we each may have a predominant style, with Christ as our model we should strive to develop the positive aspects of each.
We began with a nice pizza lunch. Thanks Stu and Renee.

Car Wash Fundraiser. Today we will be having a car wash at the church to raise funds for the trip.

We got into full swing a little after 10 and by the time we quit at about 2:15 we had washed over 25 cars. Probably half were from the church and half were from the neighborhood.
Jeremy and Erin and Jessica lead the way and were joined by Rose, Emily and Walter Peterson; Dustin Brown; Ben Gladstone; Jessica, Sarah and Hannah Nemy, Jim Sciascia, Jim Jordan, Julia, and Matthew Bragonier. The head honchos Stuart and Renee Nemy also came by and pitched in.
Dustin Brown getting ready to scrub and work his magic. His specialty was getting the wheels cleaner than they had ever been. :)

Smart car! The lady said she got it in December, drives it to Galt every day, and gets 42 mpg. Total cost $14,000.
Ben Gladstone got to drive the Smart car to the drying station. It doesn't get much better than that.
