This just in from one of the team.
As you know this weekend I did a garage sale to earn money so i can pay for my plane ticket to go on the Texas trip to Orange, Texas to help out with hurricane IKE. I had to earn about $380 and I did the sale fri/sat and the sale didn't do well.
It did amazing!!!!!!!!!
I ended up with about $800 and got a LOT of support and donations also from some lovely people around the neighborhood. I am so excited about the trip and cant wait!
I had a few friends who were kool enough to drop by. michael, alex, aidan, jasmin! love ya all!

Matt, I am glad your garage sale went well...I prayed Saturday morn' that you wouldn't be discouraged and that God would provide--He is AMAZING, no?...and some extra pocket jingle to boot!...you'll have to buy your favorite fireman a cup of coffee on the trip :)...
